I just recently installed my AIR TIME H.I.D kit,it was easy to install, and hook
up.I was removing a baja d Diablo. After Going for a night ride I could instantly
see a HUGE difference in periphial vision as well as a more full spectrum of
light(both in front of you , and ahead of you)...The ability to have the hi light or
the lo light on as well as them both on at the same time gives you so much!..It
seems to be well crafted with alot of thought put into the astetics as well as
functionality.I would say the only draw back if any is ,you cant leave the lights
on for very long without the engine started, but thats the same with any H.I.D...It
was a great purchase and I would recomend this kit to anyone who really
wants to see those Rocks,Roots, and big things that can hurt!! ~ KennyA

First of all big thanks for putting together a quality light system that plugged
in and bolted up seamlessly. Installation took about 30 minutes with light
settings. I had a Baja design Diablo light but I much prefer the Airtime HID
because the low beam is much brighter and I can manually change it on the
fly with manual switches on top. Great idea with the manual switch design.
Over-all I am very pleased with the quality and design and look forward to
brighter nights in the dessert. ~BrianR
It is extremely rare in today's world to buy anything that exceeds expectations in every way. The Airtime-HID is that product. First rate buying experience down to every single detail. Perfect packing and on inspection of the light I found no detail overlooked. This light is sano!
There's nothing rinky-dink about it. How does it perform? My first ride was difficult because I had it adjusted too low. The flood is perfect color and casts a flawless intense beam both peripherally and ahead. The problem I had was seeing beyond the food because it is so bright that beyond it is total blackness or night blindness. I adjusted the light for the next ride and found the sweet spot (range of adjustment is excellent). Perfect flood for lower speed more technical terrain and the high beam casts a halo beyond the flood with excellent penetration and range for higher speed riding.
I did a night race with the Airtime -HID and couldn't outride the light. Course markers were accentuated from a good distance and the low beam is more than excellent low to medium speeds. My Airtime-HID even got some good crash testing and passed with flying colors! ~JohnM

The install was super easy, and I just used the +/- from the high beam
circuit of my Baja Designs headlight plug for wiring it up....again, super
I took the 650 for a cruise around town, and was truley amazed at the
beam pattern and amount of usable light. Then , I took my other 650r
for a ride. It's set-up with the same BajaDesigns DS kit, a high output
stator, and a 90watt halogen bulb with glass lens. I can't believe that I
survived as long as I did with that halogen light! I felt so comfortable
and safe riding with the Airtime-HID, and just plain uneasy riding with
the halogen.....I felt half blind!
Also, the layout of the Airtime-HID is really nice! It doesn't interfere with
any cables, controls, or my stabilizer. I can tell you did your homework
when designing the unit. I am super stoked with the light, and am
considering buying another for the 450x. It's hard to find superior
products that are reasonably priced, and the Airtime-HID is one of the
exceptions.
Great job on a great light, Johnny! ~SteveA
